I want to express our deepest concern for you and your family. There’s no playbook as to how to navigate this time, but Urban Autocare IS OPEN and we’ve taken special measures to help you.
We have had an unusual amount of call-ins from our clients wanting us to make sure that their car was in tip-top shape if they need to make an unexpected trip or other emergency. They shared with us that public transportation is off the option list for now, and want to make sure all is well with their vehicle.
Whether you are hesitant to leave your house, afraid of the health risks involved or you are tight financially….
Here are 6 ways we can help you right now
If you are able to bring the vehicle in, you may leave your keys at the front entry or even in our KEY DROP box/slot. We’ll take it from there.
Stay home where you feel safe. If you’re nervous about leaving home or not able, we will arrange to pick up your vehicle. You may leave keys in your mailbox, under the floor mat or wherever you are comfortable.
We will bring sanitation supplies with us and clean the keys, steering wheel, shifter, door handles before returning the vehicle to your desired location.
No need for person-to-person interaction right now. We have the technology to communicate everything with you via text or email. That’s right, this includes seeing digital inspections completed by our ASE certified technicians, pictures of needed repairs, and estimates of costs for needed items.
We can also arrange for you to pay your invoice via the Internet or phone.
Detailed Sanitization Processes
Take refuge knowing that your car will be kept clean and well sanitized. Our staff uses fresh gloves on each vehicle and they wipe down keys, the interior including door handles, steering wheels and shifters with antibacterial wipes. Our team is also following CDC best practices by washing hands thoroughly regularly and limiting all human interaction. Further, our facility undergoes regular daily cleaning to ensure a safe environment.
Any team members with any adverse symptoms of illnesses will be sent home as an additional precautionary measure.
