Dedicated to excellence in leadership and team development, Daniel embraces a people-first approach that emphasizes collaboration, growth, and integrity. His goal is to help clients see that their automotive journey can be both positive and rewarding.Outside of work, Daniel enjoys exploring Colorado’s great outdoors with his family—hiking, biking, camping, and off-roading. A proud Toyota and Lexus enthusiast, he combines his professional skills with personal passion to stay deeply connected to the automotive world both on and off the road.
GABBY : SERVICE ADVISOR
Gabby grew up in Wisconsin and she began her career in the automotive industry as a detail technician, where she developed a strong eye for detail and a hands-on understanding of vehicle care. More recently, she worked as a service advisor at a large Lexus dealership before moving to Colorado to join the Urban Autocare team. Gabby thrives on building relationships with customers and helping them keep their vehicles running smoothly, while taking pride in delivering clear communication and dependable service every day.
Gabby has always had a love for the outdoors and she enjoys outdoor activities in her spare time.
DUSTIN : SHOP FOREMAN
Dustin is a Colorado native who has worked in the industry for nearly three decades. He started working in a local shop during summer breaks while in school. After graduating from Greeley Central High School, he moved to Denver to work as a full time technician. Dustin achieved his ASE certification in 2003, and became a Master Certified Technician in 2005. He has served as a production technician and as a foreman servicing European and Asian imports as well as domestic made vehicles. Dustin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team and we couldn’t be more excited to have him.
Dustin has been married to his lovely wife since 2004, and they have 2 kids. In his spare time, Dustin enjoys collecting and playing vintage guitars.
ANDREW : TECHNICIAN
Andrew is a Colorado native and he has worked in the automotive field for two decades. He attended automotive school at Arapahoe Community College and then went on to work in various shops, where he has honed in his skills and added multiple ASE certifications. Andrew loves a diagnostic challenge and he has an intense drive and passion for taking care of our clients’ vehicles.
Andrew enjoys gardening and building things with his hands (go figure)!

Brian is a Denver native and retired pro football player who spent four years studying Civil Engineering and Business at the Colorado School of Mines. He developed a love for German cars after tuning his first VW in high school and his passion for the niche continues to grow. Brian co-pastors a Christian church in Westminster, CO in his spare time and attributes his success to God's calling to be a light in the marketplace.
Brian is very well-versed in German automobiles. He became the owner of Avalon Motorsports in February 2007 after spending several months prior to that working in the company. His burning passion for transforming the automotive industry through innovation and training and his relentless pursuit for perfection makes it easy to see that he is an avid enthusiast at heart.
PHIL : DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Phil brings unmatched expertise and leadership to Urban Autocare and Avalon Motorsports. After earning his Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology from UTI and completing Audi Academy training, he spent five years as an Audi Certified Technician in dealerships before joining Avalon Motorsports in 2007. At Avalon, Phil quickly advanced from ASE Master Technician to Service Manager, and by 2014, he became General Manager of Urban Autocare’s first location. In 2019, he transitioned into his current role as Director of Operations, supporting multiple locations across Denver.
Phil’s dedication to excellence has earned the team numerous industry awards, including the Motor Age Top 10 and the BBB Torch Award. He served as President of the Mechanical Division for ASA Colorado and was a board member for four years. Phil volunteers as an Advisory Board Member at numerous local Automotive Technology schools. A devoted family man, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, as well as playing soccer, hiking, and camping. His passion lies in building a high-performing team, ensuring team members are well-supported so they can deliver exceptional care to clients.
ZACH : DISTRICT MANAGER
Zach began his journey in the automotive industry with Urban Autocare in 2019. He had several years of client service experience prior to entering the automotive industry and he worked his way up through the company ranks, starting as an advisor and then managing our north Denver location for several years. During that time, Zach raised the standards in terms of advocating for clients, team member care & development and overall store performance. Zach continues to feel blessed to get to build a career with Urban Autocare.
In his free time, Zach enjoys practicing jiu jitsu, and spending time outdoors with his wife and 2 children.

Britt is originally from Florida, with a Texas background, and now calls Colorado home. She brings years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, where she developed a strong foundation in management and team leadership. After closing that chapter, Britt embraced a new opportunity as our Operations Coordinator, ultimately leading to her position as the Director of Personnel. She possesses strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, amazing artistic skills, and a people-first approach to leadership and team development.
Outside of work, she enjoys birdwatching with her husband, exploring the mountains, and spending time immersed in nature. She loves traveling, going to concerts, and creating art in her free time.
MEGAN : OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Megan joined the Urban team in 2025. She is skilled at juggling multiple projects while supporting process improvements across all of our locations. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has many years of experience as a Business Manager in healthcare and other industries. She thrives at Urban Autocare as she fulfills her dream to build her career on trust, integrity, and a striving for excellence.
When she is not assisting with the behind-the-scenes needs of our locally-owned small business, she is in the midst of raising three teenage sons with her clever husband, Adam.

Dan joined the Urban Autocare team with over 20 years of experience working on all makes and models as a technician and shop foreman in independent repair shops. He is an ASE-certified ‘World-Class’ technician and currently holds 27 ASE certifications. He excels in troubleshooting difficult vehicles and training other technicians to become excellent in their craft.
After joining Urban Autocare in 2023 at our south Denver location, Dan has proven an ability to lead, develop and support technicians at a very high level. He has an insatiable hunger for advanced technical training and his experience benefits our team members throughout the company.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing guitar, riding motorcycles, and working on restoring his IROC Camaro.
LELAND : SERVICE ADVISOR
Leland is a Colorado native, growing up in the Denver area. He has been in the automotive field since graduating from high school and spent the first 13 years of his career working for a major tire company. He transitioned into full automotive repair & service shortly after that and has been operating in that capacity over the past 25 years.
Leland has been blessed to work with some amazing people and companies throughout his career and he opted to bring his vast experience and talent to Urban Autocare after his previous company sold, citing the like-minded values and passion for serving clients with outstanding service.
JOSH : SERVICE MANAGER
Josh is an automotive service specialist with deep dealership experience in fixed operations and team development. Known for a hands-on, practical approach, he focuses on improving processes, supporting teams, and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience. His warm smile and passion for excellence make him stand out to everyone he encounters.
Originally relocating from Virginia to Colorado, Josh enjoys hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
PETER : SERVICE ADVISOR
Peter is originally from Buffalo New York and he moved to Colorado to further his automotive career. He worked with Urban Autocare for a two year stint at our south Denver location before taking a hiatus, but was excited to return as an advisor role once again at our north Denver location. Peter excels in making our clients feel uplifted by applying his vast automotive knowledge and consistently friendly demeanor.
When away from the shop, you can find Peter skiing, sailing, or riding his mountain bike.
CHARLIE : SHOP FOREMAN
Charlie is one of the most experienced technicians in the industry. Not only is he is the highest level ASE Master certified, he was also named 2013 NASCAR Technician of the year. Having been with the organization over a decade, our clients know they can trust Charlie’s expertise over a myriad of vehicle makes and models.
Charlie is a father of two boys and grandfather of three and spends his time as a NASCAR Crew Chief when he is not taking care of our clients at Urban.
JONAH : TECHNICIAN
Jonah is a Michigan native who started working for Urban Autocare shortly after moving to Colorado. He grew up working in a family friend's restoration shop and possesses strong foundational knowledge of automobiles. Jonah is eager to further his automotive career and is advancing quickly as he studies under his fellow ASE Certified Master Technicians.
In his spare time Jonah enjoys hiking, climbing, working on old Toyotas and music.

After a little time away from the industry, Chester realized how much he missed it and he was ecstatic to bring his skills and experience to the Urban Autocare team to further his career. Jo has over two decades in the automotive industry, providing award-winning customer service. She has spent time in Audi, Nissan, and Hyundai dealerships as well as family-owned, independent shops. Jo is extremely well-rounded and her loving and charming personality will brighten anyone’s day.

Ilyana (pronounced Ee-Lee-AH-nuh) is originally from Texas. Her career began in the hospitality industry and she has been in the auto industry for over a decade, starting with CarMax where she was a service advisor and she also learned sales as well. Ilyana then spent several years in Subaru and Lexus dealerships. She loves having fun at work and thrives on ensuring her clients are completely satisfied with their visit through clear communication and transparency.
Ilyana joined Urban Autocare because she felt that we share the same values and we truly believe in making the auto industry better together.
In her time away from work Ilyana enjoys cooking and taking care of her indoor plants. She also has a teenage daughter that brings her so much joy.

Jim is an ASE Master certified technician with 35 years of experience and 8 years at the Lakewood location. He specializes in diagnostics and complete auto care. In his spare time Jim enjoys outdoors, hunting and spending time with his family.
TODD : MASTER TECHNICIAN
Todd has been working on cars since 1985. He graduated from Denver Auto and Diesel College in 1993. He has been at the Lakewood location for 9 years. Todd is an ASE Master tech with extensive knowledge in both diesel and gasoline vehicles. In his spare time Todd enjoys fishing, camping and hiking.

From a young age, E has had an interest in taking things apart and putting them back together again to figure out how they work. That interest has developed into a passion as an automotive repair professional. E is an ASE-certified technician and is actively working towards master certification. His even-keeled demeanor and strong technical aptitude make for a great combination to serve our clients’ vehicles.

Jody is a Colorado native with over 20 years of automotive industry experience. He began his career as a technician and spent the last several years working as a General Manager in a very successful company. Jody has ASE certifications as a Technician, Service Advisor and Parts Specialist.
Jody really enjoys working for small, family-owned businesses because he believes that is where he can best serve the community by bolstering deep, long-term relationships.
Jody and his wife have two boys. They enjoy going to movies and putt-putt golf together.
AIDAN : SERVICE ADVISOR
SCOTT : SHOP FOREMAN
After two tours in the Navy Scott started working on cars more than three decades ago. He is an extremely consistent technician having worked at the current Littleton location for 30 years (formerly Havoline Quick Lube then South Kipling Automotive). He loves a good steak, golf, and fly fishing whenever he can. Scott and his wife Stacy live in Aurora, he has 2 sons, a daughter, 4 grandkids, and a dog named Cammy.
BRAD : TECHNICIAN
Brad is a Colorado Native and has been working with cars since 2016. He started out in the Quick Lube bay at South Kipling Automotive and became an Advisor in 2018. He started with Urban Autocare in 2020 after the acquisition of South Kipling Automotive. Brad loves Italian food, hanging out with friends, playing golf, and has season tickets to the Colorado Avalanche.
NICK : TECHNICIAN

When he is not at work, you can find Peter in his garage working on motorcycles or up in the mountains where he loves to ski, bike, and fish.
BRIAN : PRESIDENT
Brian is a Denver native and retired pro football player who spent four years studying Civil Engineering and Business at the Colorado School of Mines. He developed a love for German cars after tuning his first VW in high school and he turned that passion into a business when he started Avalon Motorsports in February 2007. In 2014 he and his team acquired Autotailor (now Urban Autocare - Denver) so that they could expand the way they serve their clients through Domestic and Asian import vehicle care. Urban Autocare continues to expand throughout the Denver-Metro area.
Brian's burning passion is to transform the automotive industry through innovation and training and to create opportunities for his team to grow. Brian co-pastors a Christian church in Westminster, CO in his spare time and attributes his success to God's calling to be a light in the marketplace.
PHIL : DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Phil brings unmatched expertise and leadership to Urban Autocare and Avalon Motorsports. After earning his Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology from UTI and completing Audi Academy training, he spent five years as an Audi Certified Technician in dealerships before joining Avalon Motorsports in 2007. At Avalon, Phil quickly advanced from ASE Master Technician to Service Manager, and by 2014, he became General Manager of Urban Autocare’s first location. In 2019, he transitioned into his current role as Director of Operations, supporting multiple locations across Denver.
Phil’s dedication to excellence has earned the team numerous industry awards, including the Motor Age Top 10 and the BBB Torch Award. He served as President of the Mechanical Division for ASA Colorado and was a board member for four years. Phil volunteers as an Advisory Board Member at numerous local Automotive Technology schools. A devoted family man, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, as well as playing soccer, hiking, and camping. His passion lies in building a high-performing team, ensuring team members are well-supported so they can deliver exceptional care to clients.
ZACH : DISTRICT MANAGER
Zach began his journey in the automotive industry with Urban Autocare in 2019. He had several years of client service experience prior to entering the automotive industry and he worked his way up through the company ranks, starting as an advisor and then managing our north Denver location for several years. During that time, Zach raised the standards in terms of advocating for clients, team member care & development and overall store performance. Zach continues to feel blessed to get to build a career with Urban Autocare.
In his free time, Zach enjoys practicing jiu jitsu, and spending time outdoors with his wife and 2 children.
BRITT : DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL
Britt is originally from Florida, with a Texas background, and now calls Colorado home. She brings years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, where she developed a strong foundation in management and team leadership. After closing that chapter, Britt embraced a new opportunity as our Operations Coordinator, ultimately leading to her position as the Director of Personnel. She possesses strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, amazing artistic skills, and a people-first approach to leadership and team development.
Outside of work, she enjoys birdwatching with her husband, exploring the mountains, and spending time immersed in nature. She loves traveling, going to concerts, and creating art in her free time.
MEGAN : OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Megan joined the Urban team in 2025. She is skilled at juggling multiple projects while supporting process improvements across all of our locations. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has many years of experience as a Business Manager in healthcare and other industries. She thrives at Urban Autocare as she fulfills her dream to build her career on trust, integrity, and a striving for excellence.
When she is not assisting with the behind-the-scenes needs of our locally-owned small business, she is in the midst of raising three teenage sons with her clever husband, Adam.
DAN : REGIONAL FOREMAN
Dan joined the Urban Autocare team with over 20 years of experience working on all makes and models as a technician and shop foreman in independent repair shops. He is an ASE-certified ‘World-Class’ technician and currently holds 27 ASE certifications. He excels in troubleshooting difficult vehicles and training other technicians to become excellent in their craft.
After joining Urban Autocare in 2023 at our south Denver location, Dan has proven an ability to lead, develop and support technicians at a very high level. He has an insatiable hunger for advanced technical training and his experience benefits our team members throughout the company.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing guitar, riding motorcycles, and working on restoring his IROC Camaro.
LELAND : SERVICE ADVISOR
KYLE M : GENERAL MANAGER
Kyle got his start in the automotive industry in 2017. He began working at a local tire shop in his hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana, while he was finishing his degree in business management. Kyle discovered his passion for cars and excellent customer service while in this position and eventually worked his way up to store manager. He brings high energy and vast experience to the Urban Autocare team.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys snowboarding, playing basketball, and going on long walks to the park with his dog, Tito.
ALEX : SERVICE ADVISOR
Alex is a Maine native who started a new chapter in Colorado. With a background working as a service advisor at a large dealership as well as managing auto parts stores and being a previous business owner, he adds a breadth of automotive knowledge and a knack for excellent customer service. Alex brings energy, knowledge, and a go-getter attitude to everything he does.
A lover of open roads and loud music, you'll find Alex riding his motorcycle, exploring the outdoors, or vibing at local concerts.
ED : SERVICE ADVISOR
Originally from Scotland UK, Ed has been in client services for over 30 years in the Tire business. He grew within the Discount Tire ranks and became one of the top managers in Colorado. Ed has always had a passion for the mechanical and service side of the industry. He made the transition to Urban Autocare to begin a new chapter in his life and his career where he can apply his expert customer care skills for our amazing clients.
Ed enjoys travel, muscle cars, showing cars, football, and golf. He utilizes his time off spending time with his wife and helps coach his twin daughters in volleyball and basketball.
ALFREDO : SHOP FOREMAN
Alfredo is an ASE Master Certified and L1 certified technician who has been working on all makes and models for over 20 years. He worked at two high-quality independent shops in California before moving to Colorado in 2023. The Urban Autocare family is delighted to be able to utilize Alfredo’s world-class diagnostic abilities and leadership to bolster our Arvada location.
Alfredo is married and has a son and a daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family outside of work traveling and going to amusement parks.
GERARDO : TECHNICIAN
Gerardo began his automotive journey at Lincoln Tech where he earned an associate's degree in automotive technology. He then spent a decade working at Audi of Denver, where he obtained Audi, VW, and Mazda manufacturer certifications. After a 3-year hiatus from the automotive industry, he joined Urban Autocare to pursue his long-time love of working on vehicles.
Born and raised in Colorado, Gerardo is passionate about nature and enjoys hiking, biking, and especially camping. He prefers road trips over flying and finds joy in taking long walks during snowstorms.
TONY : TECHNICIAN
Tony was born and raised in Colorado. He started his automotive career as a tire tech at Big O Tires in 2019 and over the next several years, he worked his way up to 2nd lead technician, discovering a deep passion for learning and fixing cars. Tony is very excited to continue his growth in the automotive industry at Urban Autocare and his warm, upbeat attitude makes him a great fit!
In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time with his fiancé and french bulldog, Niko. He loves trying new food, watching thunderstorms and traveling.
JEREMY : TECHNICIAN
Jeremy is a skilled and reliable automotive technician with several years of hands-on experience working in independent repair shops. He specializes in diagnostics, engine repair, brake systems, and routine maintenance on a wide range of domestic and import vehicles. Jeremy is known for having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service and customer satisfaction. He also continually stays up to date with evolving automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and certification.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys the thrill of a rollercoaster, the challenge of a good puzzle, and listening to vinyl records.

Leland is a Colorado native, growing up in the Denver area. He has been in the automotive field since graduating from high school and spent the first 13 years of his career working for a major tire company. He transitioned into full automotive repair & service shortly after that and has been operating in that capacity over the past 25 years.
Leland has been blessed to work with some amazing people and companies throughout his career and he opted to bring his vast experience and talent to Urban Autocare after his previous company sold, citing the like-minded values and passion for serving clients with outstanding service.
